From concept to teardown, professional event support with over 10 years of experience.
We offer consulting and management services for events, along with a small equipment rental service. Our focus is on small festivals, but we’ve also elevated unconventional weddings, corporate parties, band tours, and many other occasions to a whole new level.
TALK
Evidence-based and professional support-work for events.
The Team Awareness, Love and Kindness has been working hand in hand with our institutional partners since 2022. We are there for medical emergencies, crisis intervention, mediation, or the prevention of discrimination and irresponsible substance use. We train event teams and, when needed, take on the management of event support ourselves. TALK is here—for events where everyone truly feels comfortable.

At the Midsommar Festival, old traditions meet new customs. Since 2016, this small festival has enriched the region and captivated visitors from across Germany and beyond with a diverse program featuring local and international artists, educational workshops, sustainable organization, and a steadily growing community. We’re always excited to welcome new participants—whether it’s program contributions, gastronomy, advertising partnerships, or joining the team.
